NVTL will soon be moving! Together with BNA, BNI, BNSP, SFA en PEP, we will be leaving our current office in Huis Azië on November 15, 2025. From January 1st, we will be able to move into our new premises together, across the IJ river, at the vibrant cultural hotspot NDSM in Amsterdam-Noord. Our new office is located on the top floor of De Baanderij, a beautiful, industrial 1950s building, right next to the ferry. The layout of the space is circular and we will be taking as much of the current interior with us as possible.

The BNO will also be joining us at De Baanderij. We are very pleased with the current collaboration with the various associations and would like to expand it further. This allows us to join forces, share accommodation costs, and at the same time retain our autonomy and our own activities. The proximity makes it easier to find each other, explore joint initiatives, and forge new connections. In this way, the associations strengthen both their own position and the architecture and design sector as a whole.

On September 15th, demissionary minister Keijzer gave the go-ahead for the renovation. Government officials from the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning and the Municipality of Amsterdam talked with the associations about our work, concerns, and joint collaboration. NVTL submitted a letter to the ministry, emphasizing the need for high-quality decisions on landscape development, based on a long-term perspective.
