At LOLA Landscape Architects, we study and design spatial transitions of ‘lost’ landscapes. With thoughtful ideas and focused interventions, we design sublime places that are beautiful, surprising and sustainable. We combine knowledge of landscapes and large-scale ecosystems with contemporary ideas about people, space and nature. Founded in 2006, LOLA now has two offices and a wide range of national and international projects, publications and awards to its name.
What you will be working on
As Medior Landscape Architect / Designer you will work on the various planning stages of a design project, from public gardens to parks to urban streetscapes. As member of an international team, you will work on projects in the Netherlands and abroad. With your design vision, innovative solutions and inquisitive mind, you know how to create smart, beautiful and feasible projects, and to take them to the next level.
Who are we looking for?
- 4 – 7 years of relevant office experience in Landscape Architecture.
- Education in Landscape Architecture / Urbanism / Architecture.
- You are curious, a conceptual thinker, and show skill and talent in your portfolio.
- Experience with landscape detailing and planting is appreciated.
- Knowledge of and experience with 2D+3D drafting software.
- Ability to independently deliver design (packages).
- The working languages at LOLA are English and Dutch. Knowledge of Dutch is a pro.
