Your office has one or more SBI codes. These are listed in the Trade Register and are linked to your description of activities. From 5 to 7 September, the Chamber of Commerce will replace the current SBI code(s) with one or more new ones in the Trade Register where necessary. The description of your activities will be examined, after which the appropriate SBI code will be selected. It is often the case that the activities of garden and landscape architects and designers are not registered entirely correctly. Therefore, please check now whether the description of your activities is still correct! This will ensure that you receive the correct SBI code(s).

Log in to Mijn KVK with DigiD and adjust your activity description if it is no longer correct. If you wish, you can also suggest a suitable SBI code yourself. The KVK will then provide you with the correct SBI code for your office. Incorrect SBI codes can cause problems. The government, banks and other organisations use your SBI code(s) to determine whether you are eligible for a subsidy, whether you must participate in a mandatory pension scheme, whether you can borrow money or what your insurance fee is, for example.
