The Living Garden is the future, and this is also the main theme of ‘Leve de Tuin 2026’, a festival in the Brabanthallen from 27 February to 1 March 2026. A garden where greenery is the common thread and, naturally, beautiful and stylish design is just as important. The Dutch Urban Farmers Festival will take place at the same time, covering everything about vegetable gardening. One ticket gives access to both festivals.
At Leve de Tuin 2026, garden owners and enthusiasts will find all the ingredients they need to turn their garden into a paradise, a living garden. From garden design, landscaping, the ideal soil and planting to smart solutions for preventing flooding or responding to drought. There is also a focus on indoor greenery, because you can enjoy greenery both indoors and outdoors.
Leve de Tuin is not a trade fair but a festival that is best experienced. Where spring is about to begin. Be inspired by the plant exhibitions of renowned green specialists Nico Wissing and Kim van der Leest. Meet other gardening celebrities in the Garden Theatre. Enjoy the show gardens or relax on one of the terraces, where inspiration is also on the menu.
Exibit on the fair
The new cross-media gardening event offers a combination of months of exposure and live meetings with the target group, gardening enthusiasts looking for ideas and products. Green industry associations, major media parties and progressive suppliers have already signed up, ensuring a flying start. From inspiring exhibitions and surprising plant-based experiences to audiovisual projections, everything is being pulled out of the closet for a thoroughly green experience. Because inspiration leads to purchases, time and time again.
The Netherlands needs to become greener for many reasons. Governments, municipalities and water authorities will be committing themselves even more to this in 2026. Leve de Tuin focuses on more gardening pleasure. And then current themes such as biodiversity, sustainability and climate resilience will naturally come to the forefront.
